“My mum joined Clarendon Manor in October 2021 with Parkinson’s and very limited mobility. From day one all of the staff went out of their way to get to know her and provide the best care. Visiting friends and family were always greeted warmly and we were regularly updated on how things were going. I could ring at any time and ask any questions, nothing was too much trouble. Because I lived at a distance I also found the relative’s online hub really helpful where I could easily see detail on areas such as how mum was feeling, whether she had any visitors or what medication she was on. I really felt well-informed. I take huge comfort that Mum had her final days in such a caring environment. I am scoring 5 stars as I can’t think of any areas where I could suggest improvements.”

Her last few days were stressful for me but they kept me informed and looked after me as well as my mum. She could not have been in a better place.
